Environmental Principles

We are committed to continually improve our environmental performance through the implementation of the following guiding principles, to:

  1. Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements governing our operations and evaluate and, as necessary, improve the effectiveness of those compliance efforts where appropriate.

  2. Identify sustainability opportunities for us and our clients that protect the environment, prevent pollution, conserve energy, more efficiently utilise resources, and/or reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

  3. Participate in the support and development of new technologies and products that promote sustainable practices within the industries that we serve.

  4. Foster open communication with our management and employees to help ensure their roles and responsibilities are conducted consistently with the principles of this policy.

  5. Proactively engage with our clients and relevant stakeholders to support sustainable and ethical supply chains with a long-term transition to low-carbon and renewable energy sources.

Corporate Governance

We are committed to conducting our business responsibly, ethically, and with integrity whilst remaining focused on best-in-class service for our clients. The Board of Directors and the management team are responsible for corporate governance and compliance. We are committed to upholding the highest standards and remain focused on:

  1. Comprehensive and robust risk management framework to ensure we collectively protect our employees and our clients.

  2. Compliance with all international laws and regulations, enforced by policies and procedures that are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

  3. Extensive training of all employees and regular communications to ensure compliance and understanding of our obligations and sustainability requirements.

Application of Policy

This policy and its principles apply to all employees, departments, and functions throughout the company and its subsidiaries. We believe our approach to environmental stewardship and sustainability will create long-term value for our employees, customers, shareholders, and the communities in which we work and live.
