Core Services

Javelin offers a full range of merchant banking and investment banking services.

01

Private Capital

JPCG seeks private investment opportunities across the commodity complex including mining, energy, steel, renewables (including solar and wind farms) and related infrastructure. Javelin is also active in investing in new technologies and projects, especially the ones relating to the development of the low carbon economy. JPCG adds value by providing financing when access to traditional commercial banking services is limited. We reach decisions quickly while maintaining flexibility related to size and structure. JPCG provides bespoke financing products mostly through asset-based financing transactions ranging from as little as $5MM up to $100MM or more.

02

Financing & Advisory Services

JPCG has deep relationships and broad access to institutional investors in both debt and equity platforms globally. JPCG has unique insight and credibility within this group that supports all aspects of the capital structure for the commodities sectors including, but not limited to secured structured debt financings, mezzanine financings, commodity prepays, equity and equity-linked financings and asset based lending.

03

Corporate Finance Services

JPCG takes an active approach to working with companies we support particularly providing technical and strategic advice and guidance to help our clients execute transactions and prosper over the long-term. Our core competency is rooted in decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings in the commodities sectors, as well as our knowledge and access to the underlying commodity sectors.
