Peter Bradley

Peter has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and trading of physical commodities globally.
Throughout his career, Peter has held a broad range of trading, sales, marketing, and risk management roles. Prior to founding Javelin, Peter was at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and Head of Bulk Commodity Trading. Peter also held a number of roles at Constellation Energy, American Electric Power, Enron, and Cargill.
Spencer Sloan
President and Chief Investment Officer
Spencer has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and private equity business.
Throughout his career, Spencer has held numerous financing and investment roles. Prior to founding Javelin, Spencer was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he focused on investing in natural resource companies, and at Morgan Stanley where he focused on project and structured finance.
